We take our hiring process very seriously because we know good security service cannot happen without good employees.
NWSS applicants are interviewed and tested on relevant concepts during the first phase of our application process. We do not solely depend on initial impressions when choosing security officer candidates. Following our first interview, we conduct thorough background investigations on each candidate chosen for further consideration.
